Service Description

£50 per hour or £65 for 1.5 hours. Multiple Sessions: If you wish to do 4 or more 1:1 sessions with me, the first session will be priced as above, the others priced at £40 per hr or £55 per 1.5hrs. Whether you wish to deepen your yoga knowledge and practice, build strength, learn new asana (poses), or have one on one time to help you relax and renew the mind and body. Perhaps it's to help you sleep better and improve your mental health. You may like to practice and grow with my undivided attention to teach closely with you, if this sounds like something you're looking for, then please book for a 1:1 session which can take place either in my home in Chandlers Ford, your home or a hired space. This can also be useful if you are new to yoga and would like initial support before coming to weekly classes. 1:1's are also a great Christmas, Birthday or thank you present, to gift to someone special. Gift vouchers available. 1:1 sessions will be uniquely focused to each individual needs following discussion & form. Other options: A 6 week private 1:1 course which includes - *30 minutes initial phone or Zoom consultation prior to the first session *6 week programme tailored to your specific needs *6 x 90 minute private 1:1 yoga and wellness sessions *3 x pre-recorded yoga videos of your choice to do in your own time with lifetime access (Varying from strengthening, energising, calming, restorative, bedtime yoga, or meditation.) *Weekly mindful living planner *Yoga and Wellness hamper includes: Lavender eye pillow & herbal teas.
